Return Period and Eligibility
Customers may request a return within 14 days of receiving their order. To qualify, items must be unused, unopened, and in original condition. Initiating a Return
To begin a return, customers should contact our support team at support@totetrend.shop with their order number and reason for return. Our team will provide step-by-step instructions, including return authorization. Returns initiated without prior contact may not be accepted.
Return Shipping and Labels
Customers are responsible for shipping items back to Totetrend. In some cases, a prepaid return label may be provided. Returns must be shipped via a trackable method for accountability. Shipping costs are generally non-refundable unless the return is due to an error by Totetrend, such as a defective or incorrect item.
Defective or Damaged Products
If an item arrives damaged, defective, or not as described, customers must report the issue within 48 hours of receipt. Totetrend will provide return instructions and ensure that a replacement is sent or a full refund is issued. Photos of damaged items should be included to expedite the process.
Non-Returnable Items and Exceptions
Certain products are not eligible for return, including personal care items, custom-made products, and items marked as final sale. These exceptions are clearly indicated on the product page. Totetrend reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet eligibility criteria.
Exchanges and Change of Mind

Returns due to change of mind are accepted within the 14-day window, provided the item is in original condition. Exchange shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise specified.
Refunds and Processing Time
Once a returned item is received and inspected, refunds are processed within 5–10 business days. Refunds are issued to the original payment method. Customers receive notification via email once the refund is completed.
