- Orders placed after this time are processed the next business day.
- Weekend and holiday orders are processed on the following working day.
- Customers receive a confirmation email once their order is in processing.
Handling & Preparation Time
- Standard handling time is 1–2 business days before shipment.
- During peak seasons, handling may extend to 3 business days.
- Products are carefully packed to prevent damage during transit.
- Customers are notified via email once the order is ready for shipment.
Transit Duration
- Standard delivery within the USA: 4–7 business days.
- Delivery times depend on the destination and carrier availability.
- Tracking information is shared immediately once the order ships.
- Please note that unexpected logistics delays may occasionally occur.
Total Estimated Delivery Timeline
- Total delivery time = Processing + Handling + Transit.
- Expected USA delivery: 5–9 business days.
- Customers are encouraged to use the provided tracking link for updates.
- All timelines are business days, excluding weekends and holidays.
Pricing, Taxes & Payment Currency
- All product prices are displayed in USD.
- Applicable taxes are calculated at checkout.
- Shipping costs are shown before payment confirmation.

Shipping Cost & Methods
- Flat rate shipping: $10 per order.
- Trusted carriers include USPS, UPS, and FedEx.
- Shipping method is automatically selected based on order weight and location.
Product Responsibility & Condition
- All items are shipped new, unopened, and in original condition.
- Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery details.
- Any issues with product quality or condition must be reported immediately.
- Handling and care instructions are provided for delicate items where applicable.
Address Accuracy & Verification
- Customers must provide the correct shipping address during checkout.
- Incorrect or incomplete addresses may delay delivery or cause package returns.
- We are not responsible for packages lost due to incorrect customer information.
- Double-check address details before confirming your order.
Address Changes & Modifications
- Address modifications can be requested within 12 hours of order placement.
- After this period, changes may not be possible if the order has already been processed.
- For urgent modifications, contact support@totetrend.shop immediately.
- Address updates cannot be guaranteed once the shipment is in transit.
Order Cancellation Policy
- Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours if not yet processed.
- Orders already shipped cannot be cancelled.
- Refunds for cancelled orders follow our Refund Policy.
- Customers must contact support to initiate cancellation.
Tracking & Shipment Updates
- A tracking link is emailed once the order has shipped.
- Tracking status may take 24–48 hours to update on the carrier’s website.
- Customers can monitor delivery directly through the carrier portal.

Lost, Damaged, or Delayed Shipments
- Damaged packages must be reported within 48 hours of receipt with supporting photos.
- Lost shipments are investigated with the carrier before resolution.
- We assist in resending or refunding based on the carrier’s confirmation.
- Delays due to weather, customs, or other exceptions are beyond our control, but updates are provided promptly.
